We do not charge more from our clients to register your company on your behalf. We will go the extra mile to take your personal circumstances into consideration and advise you the best structure of your company to minimise your taxes. This service will be charged from only £29.95 and we will provide you, when complete, with the Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association and up-to-date statutory books, which are required by Companies House .If you are a new client we will also require specific identity details (i.e. a copy of your passport or driving licence together with two recent utility bills).
